the 53 project : week 7

I had a hard time deciding what to share with you this week.

 Should it be lines and shadows?

 Cute bird antics?

 Amazing wave action?

But the seagulls at the beach caught my attention again, 
fishing for supper and skimming along the waves.


 This seagull has particularly nice armpits, wouldn't you say?




 They lined up to watch the sunset along with the rest of us crazy beachgoers.
It was 10 degrees with a stiff winter wind.

Even the clouds looked like they were flying.  Beautiful.

    These photos are lovely. I am in awe of your narrow depth of field. I must get myself a real lens (or else learn the one I have). Your photos are beautiful and informative.

    sigh... lovely lovely photos. I don't know which is my favorite, but I love the way in the fourth from the last image the seagull almost seems to melt into the ocean. The lines of its wings seem to match the lines of the waves. beautiful.

    You are indeed the armpit whisperer. I say you should have your own show. I'd watch it.
    That light on those two flying birds over the water is amazing. I feel a warm summer night just looking at them.
