Here in the northeast, sometimes the seasons get a a little feisty on us. Blizzards in April, rainy and cold all June. But I must say that this first week of July has been exactly what summer is all about. Clear blue skies and warm clear days. Even the heat seems made to order. Perfect.
I was so amazed and fortune to have won a complimentary registration to the Picturing Summer workshop with Tracey Clark. I'll be sharing more summer images in the weeks to come.

I totally LOVE the hollyhock and hosta photos! How do you get that sort of "old photo" look? I feel like I have so much to learn (and that I need photoshop!).
